Factoring in the time we recommend to engage your team before the survey you can expect to be reading your employee engagement report from as little as 4 weeks from the initial design consultation meeting.

What kinds of questions will it include?

Our surveys comprise of multiple choice questions, valuable in providing comparative measurement and free format to enable team members to make specific comments and suggestions.

How many team members do I need?

Our online engagement survey is perfect for teams of 25+.  For teams with less than 25 staff we would recommend using a 1-2-1 interview approach and base questions on obtaining quality data as opposed to quantitative data.

Will it work if my team is in split locations?

Yes this solution is perfect for understanding employee engagement at different locations.  Our online solution means the survey can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection.  We can also analyse the data based on the location of your teams to compare and respond appropriately.
