Purpose
Chelsea Arts Club cares about the experience of every team member, whether they are staying or leaving. This survey helps the Club to understand why employees choose to move on and how it can improve the workplace for current and future staff.
Protecting Your Anonymity
This survey is managed by Listen to Your Team, an independent third-party employee survey specialist.
If you would like your feedback to remain anonymous, simply leave the ‘Name’ field blank.
All responses are collected by Listen to Your Team and reported back to the Club on a three-monthly basis in a combined, non-identifiable format.
